WEEKÂ 1
Introduction + Nourishing Foundations
Start with the roots: what herbalism is, where it comes from, and how to practice in a way that’s respectful, earth-honoring, and sustainable. You’ll explore foundational concepts like types of herbalism, medicine making basics, building your home apothecary, and the power of deeply nourishing herbs like nettle, oatstraw, and red clover. This module sets the tone for everything to come.

WEEKÂ 2
Herbs for Sleep, Stress, + Anxiety
Learn how to work with herbs that soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and support restorative sleep. You’ll meet plant allies like passionflower, chamomile, valerian, and tulsi—and practice making tinctures and crafting your own nighttime routine.



WEEKÂ 3
Herbal Immunity + Medicine Making
Explore immune-supportive herbs like echinacea, elderberry, garlic, and ginger—plus the power of warming circulatory allies. This module includes making infused vinegars, building simple cold and flu care kits, and understanding how to use herbs preventively and acutely.

WEEKÂ 4
Herbs for Digestion + Detoxification
Support your digestion and detox pathways with herbs like marshmallow, burdock, dandelion, and milk thistle. You’ll learn how bitters work, create your own powder blends, and begin to understand the basics of herbal formulation—how to combine herbs with intention and purpose.



WEEKÂ 5
Herbal First Aid + Topical Preparations
Build your herbal toolkit for bumps, bruises, burns, bites, and scrapes. You’ll get to know powerful topical allies like yarrow, calendula, plantain, and comfrey while learning how to make salves, infused oils, compresses, and poultices for basic first aid and skin care.

WEEKÂ 6
Herbal Medicine For the Heart + Spirit
Deepen your relationship with the plants through ritual and emotional healing. In this final module, you’ll explore heart- and spirit-centered herbs like rose, lavender, and hawthorn. We’ll create aromatherapy blends, room sprays, and glycerites to support emotional resilience, intention-setting, and personal ritual.
